TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

The Tuffy Club is managed by Tuffy Auto Centre Limited.
Tuffy Club enables members to make pre-payments to the Club account. The club credits can be applied to purchase product and services from participating outlets, see below.
Payments to the Club Account must be via direct debit.
Joining fee is $49, which is loaded as the member’s first credit to their Club account
balance. If a vehicle is purchased from Value Motors Lower Hutt Limited there will be no
joining fee payable.
The minimum amount which can be deposited is $10 per week, $20 fortnightly, $40
monthly. Payments can be made on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
Membership will entitle the member to participation in monthly draws and regular
incentives and discounts. These will be promoted via Tuffy Auto Centre Facebook page
and website.

REDEMPTION
Written agreement will be required for funds to be withdrawn or applied to purchases of product and services.
Amounts deposited to the Club account cannot be exchanged for cash. The club credits can only be redeemed in for services and products purchased from any of the participating outlets.
If there is insufficient credit on the member’s Tuffy Club account, the balance for any product or services will be payable at the time of redeeming.

WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals from the club, will incur an administration fee equivalent to 10% of your Club account balance. Withdrawals are processed into your bank account (proof of account required) within 5 to 7 business days. No withdrawals will be given in cash.

PAYMENTS
Members are responsible for ensuring that correct bank reference details are included in any payments made into their Club account (First and Last name of Club holder, and card number).

CLUB CARD
Members are entirely responsible for their card and Tuffy Club will not be responsible for any unauthorised use. There will be no reimbursement for any financial loss that arises, whether through loss or misuse of the card.
Members are able to check the balance of their club account by either emailing the Manager on service@tuffy.co.nz or Phone (04) 566 1560.
The first card is at no cost to the member, however replacement cards will incur an administration charge of $10.
Use of the card will result in the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this offer.
Any communication with members, including additions or removals of affiliated outlets, will be via the email held on file. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure these details are correct.
The Tuffy Club card may be used by friends or family; however, the Club will require written consent from you prior to use of credit. An email request for confirmation will be sent.
In the event of the Club being suspended or cancelled, unused balances in your Club Account are refundable, with no administration fee applied.
The Club reserves the right to cancel membership for unacceptable or abusive behaviour and dishonesty. In the event of a membership being cancelled, the 10% administration fee will apply.

PRIVACY
Club Account funds are held at Kiwibank Lower Hutt. The account is in in the name of Tuffy Auto Centre Limited. The Manager has control over transactions, for club administration purposes.
Please refer to the Privacy section below for further information relating to your personal information that may be held as a result of you joining the Club.

1. This Policy applies to any personal information that we collect when you interact with the Manager, including when you visit one of our Stores, or join the Club or use your Club Account.
